Do-It-Yourself Instructions:

1. Mix 1 CUP Latex Paint Reactivator with 1 qt. Flat latex paint. Stir well before using.
2. Apply to a painted or stained and sealed surface. Let dry 3 to 4 hours, longer if necessary.
3. Rub surface with wet fine steel wool to create the look of very old paint wear.
4. Seal with water-based topcoat-matte. Finished!

Note: This finish is not recommended for bathrooms.
